I almost didn't write tonight. Too tired.* But getting started is the worst part. Once I get going a little bit it's usually fun to finish off a short chapter's worth of ideas at least.

Jaden Sands: 25 years old, working at a tech company in Mountain View (no, not that one). Pastimes include dancing and recovering mysteriously disabled limbs (his own).
Gordon Ross: 14 years old, lives in Edinburgh. His life made difficult by school, unrequited crushes and possessed stuffed animals. You know, the usual teenage issues.
Julian P. Oddbury: One of Jaden's neighbors and retired oneironaut.
Malcolm: A very minor and worried demon.
Ixy: A toy cat. But don't let that fool you.
Zoe: A channel. Also an excellent dancer.
